Dr. Williams is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Low Vision and Visual Rehabilitation Service in the Department of Ophthalmology at Loyola University School of Medicine. He is also Executive Director of the Deicke Center for Visual Rehabilitation in Wheaton, Illinois.

Is a national lecturer, researcher and clinician
